1. Order Processing & Courier Handover SLA
When a customer places an order via the Shiperon digital storefront catalog, or a registered merchant books a consignment via the Shiperon aggregator platform:
- Consignments are packaged, labeled with official 4x6 barcode thermal labels, and manifest-verified.
- Parcels are handed over to our licensed courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shadowfax) within 24 hours of order generation.
- Same-day courier hub dispatches apply for orders booked prior to the 4:00 PM IST daily cutoff.
2. Domestic Delivery Timelines (Pan-India Zones)
Domestic shipping delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on destination pincodes:
* Remote special destinations (North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar islands) may require 5 to 7 business days under standard air/surface carrier regulations.
3. Live Consignment Tracking
Immediately upon courier scan, an automated SMS containing the tracking Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct URL is dispatched to the recipient's mobile number. Consignments can be monitored 24/7 at shiperon.in/track.
4. Undelivered Shipments & NDR Protocols
If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, an automated Non-Delivery Report (NDR) workflow triggers WhatsApp verification to coordinate a second or third attempt before initiating a Return to Origin (RTO).
