Shiperon is a technology and logistics enabler. All orders, product quality, refunds, and replacements are fulfilled directly by independent merchants. Shiperon acts strictly as an intermediary technology aggregator under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Shiperon does not own, lease, or operate delivery vehicles, aircraft, sorting hubs, or courier delivery personnel. All courier operations are performed by independent licensed carrier networks.

Pricing & Weight Slabs Disclaimer:All quoted rates are starting commercial estimates based on zone slabs and applicable courier tariffs. Actual freight charges depend on origin-destination pincodes, weight slabs, dead vs. volumetric weight comparisons ((L×B×H)/5000), carrier fuel surcharges, and applicable GST (18%). Delivery timelines are estimates provided by respective carrier networks; actual transit may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier operational factors.
Wallet, Refund & Cancellation Policy:Unutilized prepaid wallet balances and funds deducted for cancelled/failed shipments before AWB assignment are refundable to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. Weight discrepancies between seller-declared weight and courier-scanned weight are audited under standard carrier dispute cycles per our Refund Policy.
